Voidsee Technology signed virtual reality technology development and 3D HD cinema cooperation framework agreement with Hongkong Digital Magic Limited

    In the morning of June 10th, Voidsee Technology signed virtual reality technology development and 3D HD cinema cooperation framework agreement with Hongkong Digital Magic Limited at the Shangri-La Hotel in Futian, Shenzhen. Attending the signing ceremony are: Dr. Hui-Zhong Jia of our company, Hongkong famous 3D Director /the head of Hongkong Digital Magic Limited, Mr. and Mrs. Zi-Chang Feng, the Chief Scientist of Voidsee/ Prof. Shou-Qian Ding of the Nankai University, and Jin-Liang Li, the Chief Scientist of Voidsee /Former China Electronic Technology Group Corporation seventh Institute professorship high skilled worker.

    Referring to the source of this cooperation, Dr. Jia said, In May 21, 2018, during the Display Week (SID) in Losangeles, Professor Ding used his newly invented product of 5K personal stereo cinema to demonstrate high-definition 3D programs to Mr. and Mrs. Zi-Chang Feng, who is the special professor of the Creative Media Academy in Hongkong, famous for his 3D art films. The picture was lifelike and lifelike. They were very devoted to watching. Before this, Professor Feng also made a wonderful short film for Professor Ding for the resolution of 2560. In Professor Ding's 3D exhibits, it was synthesized as a 3D sample of 5K, which was a lot of color for the exhibition. The two professors discussed and planned to build a new 3D high definition cinema.

    Professor Ding, after a discussion with the company's senior officials, expressed his willingness to improve and consider the development of an integrated machine based on Professor Feng's creativity on the basis of the SID exhibitors in the 5K personal stereoscopic theater. And a preliminary design book of R & D was proposed. After discussion in the morning of June 10th, it agreed and signed the cooperation framework agreement of "virtual reality technology development and 3D HD cinema". This marks the beginning of the cooperation between our company and Hongkong Digital Magic Limited.

    In view of the common concerns of virtual reality technology development and 3D HD cinema applications, there is broad room for cooperation in virtual reality software, hardware and content. In order to give full play to the advantages of both sides, the two sides signed this Agreement on the basis of the principle of "complementary advantages, sharing resources, mutual benefit and mutual development". We will establish a long-term and close cooperative relationship with Hongkong Digital Magic Limited, and the signing ceremony is successful.
